Reports

The following reports are necessary for RILIGP sub-project eligible screening process.

Contract Register

Contract register will be use by PFA to cross check between data in the PID and record at the Provincial Treasury.

Suspect Bidding

In RILGP project WB only reimburse back to the Royal Goverment of Cambodia if the contract is awarded by competitive bidding and follow procurement guideline.

However the system will not be able to decide if the bidding process went smothly or there is any collision, therefore the purpose of this report is to help PLAU looking into this problem.

Contract Outputs Summary

It is not possible to have a contract signed without having any outputs. In this report we aimed at TSU staff to confirm accuracy of the data entry.

Ineligible/Holding Contracts

Some contract by nature is ineligible, however there are cases where the data entry was not complete which cause system to hold it decision to add that particular contract to eligible list.

In this report we hope to give data operator an overview as well as opportunities to make correction.

Eligible Contract (Validated/Await)

For all the contract that meet all the criteria you may find it here. Please double check the contract that listed in this report and confirm it to RILGP officer at the National if there is any contract that the system fail to remove from the list.

Budget Monitoring Reports

Commune/Sangkat contract budget monitoring which allow you to see how much had been committed, spend or reimbursed (in case of RILGP elligible contract).

RILGP Screening Workflow


RILGP Criteria:

  1. Award by bidding, bid after package 3 approved;
  2. Funding by CS fund;
  3. Local contribution;
  4. Three valid bidders;
  5. Outputs in RILGP outputs categories (eligible);
  6. Safeguard compliant, Land and Environment
  7. Implementation status, 100% completion
